This instructional camp focuses on developing essential skills through expert coaching, hands-on drills, and simulate game play. Participants will enhance their hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running techniques to prepare for the upcoming spring season.

For over 30 years, the Charleston Baseball Academy has specialized in training and developing pitchers at every level. From professional pitchers in the MLB to the local youth pitchers, Stan Kowalski and the CBA Staff have instructed thousands of pitchers to improve their performance on the mound. CBA will continue the high-level training with this year’s High School Winter Pitching Program. From arm care to the mental side of pitching, high school pitchers will learn to throw more strikes and be efficient in their performance.
This year’s program will be instructed by Stan Kowalski along with special guests throughout both programs.
